Dr. Silt is a self-declared Class AA villain with sixteen cape kills on his record. He attacked the Heroes Appreciation Convention, threatening to destroy the city unless he was granted $20 billion and complete control of the city's power grid. He was defeated by Arch-Angela, Boy-Toy, Punchline, Rumble Bee, Eye-Sore, and Killhuna. "Silt" is his real surname. Killhuna and Eye-Sore used to work for Dr. Silt, but he stiffed them.[1]
