A "Silver Age has-been" villain looking for a comeback, Crimer Rhymer was hired to assist in one of Lady Armageddon's plans by Lady Diamondback, but decided to do some improv. This resulted in the explosion at the Mary Bell Preschool, where twenty young children died to leave a clue for Punchline to find. Lady Diamondback poisoned Crimer Rhymer when she found out what he did, and was blinded by it and would have died but Punchline called an ambulance. His regular foe was Penny Ultimate.[1]
